Welcome to the RFxPremier eMarketPlace Supplier Resource Center—your guide to platform sign-up and onboarding as well as access to all the tools and resources needed to succeed on the RFxPremier eMarketPlace platform.
Getting Started Is Easy!
We’ve simplified the onboarding process to make getting started easier.
1. Set-up
Once your contract has been awarded, we will automatically create an account in the eMarketPlace for your designated "Contractor Contact."
2. Onboarding
The Contact will receive an email from emarketplace@rfxpremier.org with account details and activation instructions.
3. Account Updates
You will have full administrator access to your account to:
- Seamlessly add up to 2 additional users to your account
- Submit/maintain a hosted catalog or request setup of a punchout
- Provide search 'keywords' to promote your RFxPremier contract

Sign-up Instructions
RFxPremier will set up the administrative portal and an Administrator user account using the "Contractor Contact" as identified on the supplier's page on the RFxPremier website. This Administrator will have account management responsibilities and have full access to all the system capabilities:
- Responding to quote requests
- Loading and maintaining product
catalogs - Accessing reports
- Managing user accounts and the Contractor profile
